As winter’s gentle embrace wraps around us, we enter a season ripe for deep reflection and introspection. This time calls us to slow down and nurture our souls. In a world that often pulls us in countless directions, it is so important to prioritize those cozy moments of stillness and self-care.
Why we’ve created this online Sanctuary?
We may find ourselves sometimes uninspired or hesitant to maintain our home practices, yet these intentional pauses are vital for our well-being, especially during the darker winter months. We have created this winter immersion as a gathering space where we can explore nourishing practices together, supporting one another to show up as we commit to this journey. For one month, we’ll cultivate practices that not only soothe our souls but also provide a foundation we can carry forward.
While we may not always have the chance to attend a retreat far from home, it doesn’t mean we can’t embrace and savor a similar experience right where we are, in the coziness of our own home.

You’ll also receive weekly soultreats to weave into your daily rhythm — gentle movement + restorative practices, meditation, and breathwork — all crafted to cultivate warmth and resilience during this season. These practices will invite you to savor each moment, whether nestled at home or in a cozy corner of your community.

All levels are welcome at the Cocoon. While a basic understanding of yoga can enhance your experience, we encourage everyone—whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting out—to join us on this journey of exploration and growth.

Each session will be recorded and available within 24 hours, allowing you to access the content whenever it suits you best.

You’ll have access to all recordings for six months after the immersion concludes, giving you plenty of time to revisit and deepen your practice at your own pace.

We recommend having a yoga mat and some props, such as a blanket, blocks, or a bolster or anything that works for you as substitutes!
